Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays.
- If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Origin & Destinations
We ship all orders from Hong Kong.
We currently ship worldwide.
Some remote locations may not be supported by our carriers. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at jfonte888@gmail.com and we will confirm if shipping is possible.
3. Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
Typical delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

Hong Kong (domestic): Standard shipping: 1–3 business days

Asia-Pacific (e.g., Mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, etc.): Standard international shipping: 5–10 business days

Europe & United Kingdom: Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days

North America (USA & Canada): Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days

These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
We primarily ship via Hongkong Post and reputable international courier partners (such as SF Express, UPS, DHL, etc.), depending on destination and service selected.
4. Order Tracking
- Whenever available, we provide a tracking number for your shipment.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Some low-cost or economy services may offer limited or no tracking for certain destinations; these options will be indicated where possible.
5. Packaging & Second‑Hand Collectibles
We specialize in second‑hand collectibles and handle each item with care.
- Items are inspected and packaged securely to protect them during transit.
- Fragile items (e.g., figures, models, delicate collectibles) are wrapped and cushioned.
- Please note: minor wear to outer shipping boxes or envelopes may occur during transit and is not usually considered damage to the item itself.
Because many of our items are unique or limited, exact replacements are often not available. In case of loss or damage, we will work with you on a fair solution (see Section 8).
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Hong Kong:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local customs office.
- These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We cannot estimate or control these charges. Please check with your local customs authority for details before placing an order.
Customs inspections may also delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframes.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or because it was unclaimed, we can refund the order minus the original shipping cost once the package is returned and inspected.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at jfonte888@gmail.com as soon as possible.
- For damaged items, please provide:
- Photos of the outer packaging (including any damage), and
- Clear photos of the damaged item.
We will contact the carrier if necessary and review each case individually.
Where appropriate, we may offer one of the following (depending on stock availability and circumstances):
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Replacement with a similar item (if available)
Because many items are one‑of‑a‑kind second‑hand collectibles, we often cannot provide an identical replacement.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to help you resolve any issues.
9. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Fees

- Unless otherwise stated, original shipping fees are non‑refundable, except where we have made an error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- If a refund is approved, it will typically cover the item price only (minus any applicable fees), unless otherwise agreed.
